DynaCast Corp. Elgin, Illinois
Re-locatability was important because they lease the plant. Our 20 ft.
by 30 ft. design for palette storage gave them the flexibility vs. pole
barn construction.
Lyson, Ltd Elk Grove Village, Illinois
"Plant within a plant." Measuring 40 feet by 30 feet, the four-hour fire
rated mixing/packaging/storage enclosure saved two hundred thousand dollars
vs. design build and they can re-locate it when they move.
Tech International Johnstown, Ohio
Production expansion in the need for sixteen (16) palette storage of virgin
materials, resulted in a 24 ft. by 10 foot by 10 foot double-stacked,
overhead doors on both sides, fire-rated building. Forty thousand dollars
savings vs. design/build.
Wico Metal Products Warren, Michigan
Groundwater and material handling issues from steel scrap were eliminated
by two structural steel canopies with designed containment and protection
for hoppers and palettes. 52 ft. by 18 ft. by 24 ft. clear and 52 ft.
by 24 ft. by 14 ft. to plant entrance.
Western-Cullen-Hayes Chicago, Illinois
Storage and dispensing in an unprotected room would require 60 thousand
dollars in upgrades for compliance. The 14 ft. by five ft. by 6 ft. four-hour
fire-rated cabinet has mechanical an explosion venting. Savings of 25
thousand dollars.
